Client

Insureware — specialist enterprise risk software for P&C insurers

Role

Graphic & Web Designer — in-house. Owned visual design across brand, campaign, digital and print.

Challenge

ICRFS™ models something insurers can’t easily see — long-tail liability risk sitting beneath a company’s visible numbers.

Approach

Owned the visual language end to end — evolving brand, campaign and digital presence together over more than a decade.

01

Context

For more than a decade, I worked across Insureware’s brand, print, campaign and digital communications. The challenge wasn’t creating a single campaign — it was maintaining a clear and consistent visual language for a highly specialised actuarial software company as its products, research and market evolved.

02

Making Hidden Risk Visible

The core challenge, repeated across campaigns: make an invisible statistical concept feel immediate. Here, an iceberg shaped as the word “Risk” — most of it unseen beneath the surface — carries the idea in a single glance.

03

Connect the Dots

A second recurring concept for the same problem — translating scattered risk data into one connected picture, using knotted cord and node imagery in place of a chart or feature list.

04

Advanced Intelligence

A more direct execution alongside the two concept-led pieces — leading with the product’s core benefits (Risk Capital, ORSA, Solvency II, IFRS 17) for readers who want the specifics up front.

05

Digital

The corporate website — home turf for the ICRFS™ product story, explaining a complex statistical platform in plain, boardroom-ready language.

Role & outcome

As Insureware’s in-house designer, I owned visual communication across brand, campaign and digital as the company, product and market evolved — building consistency across years rather than individual deliverables.
